Bronze Hall - Embers of the Dawn CD

The Finnish one-man band Bronze Hall follows up his immense Honor and Steel album of last year with a new epic of valorous sword-brandishing blackened heavy metal.

The work of sole member Yöpyöveli, who also has an ambient bm project Forgotten Vale, and the Darkthrone-worshipping duo Houre, Embers of the Dawn continues the adrenaline-powered bombast that characterised Honor and Steel, with six tracks of triumphalism and heroic metal that continue the legacy of forebears like Bathory and Falkenbach, and ride alongside contemporaries such as Stormkeep, One of Nine, Gudsforladt among others.
