Rise of the Imperial Hordes is the first studio album by black metal band Krieg. It was recorded in October & November 1997 at Vortex Sound Studio. 

Track 12 recorded March 2001 and is a cover of Havohej.

This work is dedicated to the true purveyors of black metal: Paul Ledney, Akhenaten, Nuclear Holocausto, Magus Munkir and the gentlemen of Archgoat (wherever they may be).
