Ante-Inferno - Fane CD

ANTE-INFERNO could be one of the small hopes of British black metal. In their songs, the men move somewhere between epic natural mysticism, as conjured up by their compatriots WINTERFYLLETH or their Scottish colleagues SAOR, and a good portion of post-black metal.

“Fane” takes you into majestic, mystical forest landscapes and moors as well as coastal regions characterized by storms and rocks. ANTE-INFERNO's strengths clearly lie in the melodic elements of their songs, which come to light, for example, in the strong opener "Oath" or "Worship" with singing guitar.
